Lots of people standing around…takes forever.
I recently visited Shake Shack and had a really good experience overall. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and quick to help, which made the visit smooth and comfortable. The food quality stood out the most. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the buns were soft without being soggy. We had an issue with an online delivery and the management handled it With Grace and kindness. David was particularly lovely to speak to and fixed the issue for us.
Efficient, self service kiosk for ordering. Food was brought out promptly. Staff was courteous and friendly. Restaurant was clean. And importantly the burger and fries were very good.... Consistent with my other visits to other Shake Shacks.
Pricey but a Great burger. 25$ for that meal
