It's honestly such a good burger and the staff was very kind and cool. Absolutely coming back. It is pricey though.
Ordered cheese fries. I guess the cheese sauce was running low or something. Half was brown the other half looked like cheese. Uneditable. So I went back to try and order a hamburger. That request was to baffling for the person at the cash register. So I thank them for their time and left.
Really glad a Shake Shack was put in, in the valley. We need more fast casual restaurants here. Service is great, food is good. For some reason I never stop and eat in. I always get my food to go and head home. Ate in for once, the fries were much better. Still fine enough to take home, which is what I'll still be doing. On a side note, I did get shorted (2) fries on a previous visit. I called to complain, a day later and was told I needed to call within 24 hours. So they did nothing. Went to SS for the first time in many many years. I went with a coupon for a free bbq burger with a 10.00 purchase. I thought this was good for me as I wanted to see what SS is like now. Unbeknownst to me I was told that SS on el paseo was not a participating restaurant. The lady mgr was rude and just didn't care so I cancelled my order and went to In N Out, Where it was busy, friendly and food was awesome. I will never go to SS again. I also can't wait to see the corporate response as they had no comment as well.
