Very professional and friendly staff. Very attentive and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and the restaurant clean and had a nice ambiance.

On Sept 11th around 6pm, I did an online order and got there right when I placed it since I was close by and in a hurry. I ordered a cheeseburger and a milkshake. When I get there, there's already a milkshake on the shelf and I didn't think that could be mine since I just ordered. We stopped here while visiting because it was close and my wife wanted a shake. I did not like the last shake shack I ate at and this visit was the same. My burger was ok but the loaded fries had horrible tasting fake cheese on them that was very gross. The shake was not very good and was very exspensive. There is no regular cashiers and everything needs done on a kiosk yet it tries to force a 10% tip on it. My husband and I tried shake shack for the first time ever, and it was amazing!! The food was so good and fresh. John was amazing as well. He helped us order, answered all our questions, and he made us feel so welcomed. John brought our food to our table, asked us if we needed anything, and in between customers he would walk the floor and check on everyone. He was very sweet.
