My husband and I tried shake shack for the first time ever, and it was amazing!! The food was so good and fresh. John was amazing as well. He helped us order, answered all our questions, and he made us feel so welcomed. John brought our food to our table, asked us if we needed anything, and in between customers he would walk the floor and check on everyone. He was very sweet.
This is the first time I've ever been to Shake Shack. And I fell in love!! The food is super fresh and delicious. You can tell. The whole building is clean and the AC blows super cold. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. However, one staff member stands out the most! His name is John! He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife and give us an amazing experience! 10 stars for John and his cool necklace! Will definitely be coming back soon!
