Usually love the lettuce burger. Loaded with lettuce with a great amount of meat, but today was the day they broke the delicious streak I had with my lovely lettuce burger. In the first photo is the burger I used to know and the second is the sad version who tried to be her. Unfortunately this one inconsistency will turn me away from going back for the burger. Please spend your $10 on a different spot that likes to stay consistent
The manager, Sherri (I believe) is amazing. They were slammed on Easter Sunday when I ordered and my burgers were wrong, no biggie it happens, but the manager was sincerely apologetic. She offered a $10 coupon and fresh fries to go with the burgers. I appreciate the effort to recover and make it right. I will continue to come back here. It’s also very clean and nicely run by the staff.
Lovely staff, safe area, and delicious food. When I travel I always look for a shake shack and this one was the best one so far.
Just no...the food is awful. I don't say that to be rude it's my opinion. I mean I came here like everyone else because the hype and was severely disappointed. To spend that amount of money for a subpar meal is beyond wrong. I tried the mango drink and it was so sour and bitter I couldn't drink more than two sips. The oreo shake was thick like ice cream barely could drink that and it tastes different than most Oreo shakes I had before from other places.
