Tables were clean, atmosphere was friendly, and food was excellent!!!!!!
Went here to spend time before a movie. Ordered a double cheeseburger, bacon and cheese loaded fries and a beer. The beer was the best part. While waiting for our order I was watching the kitchen process and sides of the kitchen. On the right side of the kitchen from the customer view I watched an employee carrying a bag of something. They grabbed a spatula and dropped it. They picked it up, looked around the kitchen, and then proceeded to use it to mix in whatever ingredients in the bag they carried. My 12 year old says 10/10. It was Awesome!! Service was excellent. It was our first time to a shake shack and he explained the menue and how to do stuff. Awesome!!
I ordered a single shack burger and it came very raw and I showed the manager and she rolled her eyes and exasperated said “well sometimes we make them that way”. I asked if she could remake it and she said “ yes do you have any other special needs?” And the next burger came more raw than the first and she was so rude when I brought it up to show her. So I just left without eating anything but still had to pay for it. That sucked
We sent a burger back from our party because it was raw. The one they came back with even worse, had a frozen center and bright pink insides :/ Wish I could upload a photo, it was nuts and the manager kept ignoring us. Kinda expected more out of a 20 dollar burger, can’t say we’ll be returning anytime soon
