I've been here twice separated by a few years. It's always very busy with college students LOL! But a reasonably clean with a staff that is doing a good job.
My food took 20 minutes to come and the employees were just goofing around. 20 minutes doesn't sound like a long time but I got a review check out code before I even got my food. Then when the food arrived it was wet and soggy completely inedible. STAY AWAY THE WEST COAST MENU IS A SOGGY MESS RUN BY INCOMPETENT COOKS THAT CLEARLY ARE THERE TO SKATE BY FOR A PAYCHECK AND NOT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS.
Sunday afternoon and only two employees!! No shift manager visible. Wait time ridiculously long and no apologies
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to after this experience. This was easily the most disappointing Shake Shack I’ve been to. Our entire $50+ order was incorrect. My burger was missing multiple toppings, my boyfriend’s order was wrong, and my friend’s burger was missing the bacon she paid for. When we asked about it, we were told they were out and wouldn’t give her a refund. My strawberry lemonade also tasted awful, like something was wrong with it.
