I had a very frustrating experience at the Shake Shack in Beverly Hills. I ordered an $8 shake from the self-service iPad and waited about 20 minutes. My order number was never called, so I went to the counter to ask about it. The staff checked their system and told me that my shake wasn’t even in their system, even though I had already paid for it. I had a good experience at Shake Shack Beverly Hills. The burgers and fries were delicious and fresh. The place is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. The staff was polite and the service was fairly quick. It's a good place to grab a quick bite with friends.

I placed an order days before for a catering. I told them that the food needed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. for pickup they sent me a text at 3:30. Telling me my order was ready so I got there at 4:00. It was not ready. They were still making it. I did not leave till almost 4:30 making me late to drop off to a school function. Managers don't know what they're doing and very rude. We'll never go back there. I suggest the one in century City or Santa Monica is a dream
