This a revised review from one of a year ago. There is some improvement and this is a generous three star review. First, there are far too many choices and difficult to distinguish from each other. There are too many add ons which are also confusing. On this occasion I had a single ShakeBurger with no add on. It was cooked to order and was very good. Have always been a fan. Tonight it was slow both in restaurant and drive through. Placed order. Kept waiting and waiting. One of their staff was nice kept checking but nothing. Finally asked for my money back. The manager did refund it, but then told me 3-5 days to get my money back on my card. Did apologize. No offer to do anything. Hopefully this isn't the new normal.
I’ve eaten at this location multiple times and have always had a good experience, but this visit was really disappointing. I ordered my burger well done, and it came out rare. The fries were cold, and the customer service was just okay…nothing to brag about. Overall, very disappointed this time
