Stopped by Shake Shack at LGA Terminal B before our flight for a quick bite. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks, and the food came out pretty quickly, which is definitely appreciated when you’re trying to catch a flight. The seating area is quite small for how busy this location gets, and we noticed quite a few customers having to stand while eating. It's an airport location so atmosphere and ambiance are obviously limited. The food is great. Service was ok at best.
Shammi was great!
Orders a simple burger before departing, asked an ETA and was met with nothing but aggression and disrespect! Absolutely awful service. Over 15 mins for a simple burger, and everyone who ordered after me had come and gone. Go to Wendy’s instead, don’t waste your time!
