This location is seriously understaffed, don’t go there. They have 3 machines plus a human to take orders and 2 people to cook. I waited for 37 minutes and left for the gate without food and hungry Update: one year later, I got the food, it took 20 min from ordering to receiving the food. Food was excellent. The fries were right and crispy, burgers very tasty. Still a lot of people waiting. Later, I discovered that there is another place down the terminal B. I wonder if it is as busy.

I love shake shack but this was just terrible! Disgusting customer service! Rude employees! Food thrown into bag!! Vegetarian burger put underneath a double stack shack!!!!
Waited 25 min for the regular small burger and a small fry. There was a huge line but the workers were in noooo hurry. At one point there was ONE person in the restaurant, the others were maybe taking a collective break? they walked around with their phones and personal drinks in hand, wearing the same gloves used to prepare the food…. Flughafen - Fast Food Laden. Leider völlig überlaufen, es ist schwer zu verstehen, wenn man gerufen wird, dass die Bestellung fertig ist. Ein digitales System wurde hier Abhilfe schaffen. Keine Sitzplätze.
