We had our sons 7th birthday party here and Stephanie was incredible. From having the tables set to entertaining the kids with a fun and safe game of nurf tag it was such a great time! Kids had a blast! Thank you Steph and team for making this day special and fun!

I started going to Shake It Off Studio a few months ago and look forward to every class. Steph and the other instructors are incredibly warm, fun, and welcome you to show up as you are.

Community, Community, Community!!!!! If you are looking for a place that welcomes you in with open arms, this is the place!!! The classes offered at Shake It Off are for everyone, every age, every size, every fitness level. You have to try this place. Stephanie and team at Shake It Off has improved my mental and physical health.

I feel really blessed that Shake it Off Studio was the first gym I experienced when I moved to Guelph. This literally is the most welcoming gym with so many diverse classes. It is truly a place where everybody and every body is welcomed with open arms to get fit, get mobile and have a ton of fun!!
