Their 45 years in the business truly shows. I initially turned Shake Handlers down because I received an estimate from them without a representative laying eyes on my roof. Then Mike called me back. He asked, politely, why I had turned them down. I told him my concerns, and then he told me (from only looking at google maps) who manufactured my home, and where EXACTLY it was leaking from… based on his knowledge of a design flaw in this model of home. Timely and fair priced
I had to call my HVAC guy for 2 emergency visits after Shake Handlers replaced my roof. First, they shook my house so violently that the door fell off my HVAC blower unit, shutting down the AC on a day of 91 degree temps. Then, a sudden cold snap hit the area. My furnace would not come on because shake handlers closed off the roof vent to my furnace. Luckily, I have a phenomenal HVAC guy. He fixed everything, but I had to pay for 2 emergency call outs.
Mike gave us a bid within an hour of us calling him. Completed my roof in less than 2 days. The value and professionalism can't be beat. I would highly recommend Shake Handlers.
Thank you so much for the fantastic job on replacing my roof and gutters ect.. All the problems are now gone. Mike and his crew are all very professional and make sure everything is addressed and fixed properly. I would highly recommend and definitely have them do my roof again, when needed in the future.
