We contacted Shake Guys after we noticed a few pieces of cedar had fallen from somewhere off our roof. Upon receiving a call back from Chad, I was surprised that he had looked up a prior contact from four years prior and had a maintenance plan already in mind. We went with the recommendations from Chad and our project manager, Tyler. We are happy with the results and will work with Shake Guys again in the future.

I had admired how the Shake Guys had transformed my neighbors' roof and I knew that my roof needed help plus preservation applied so I made the appointment and they promptly responded. The end of June was brutally hot & stormy in Brookfield, WI but this group drove up (after a 2 hour trip) six times to finish the work that should have taken about 2 1/2 days because when the arrived a storm had just passed and the roof was wet or there was a storm approaching.
