Shaka was an expert on all places in Midtown. He had the knowledge of the places to look at with convenience of commute to work and access to outdoor activities. He was also extremely helpful with a keen eye during walk throughs. His attention to detail was like no other realtor I have worked with prior. I would recommend him to any friends/colleagues looking for a new place in the Atlanta area.

I highly recommend Shaka Walker as a realtor in the Atlanta market. He recently helped me rent a condo in Buckhead after I sold a much larger home. He quickly assessed my needs and matched me with potential rental properties, highlighting the pro's and con's of each, and we quickly landed on the rental property I currently occupy. I met Shaka based upon an inquiry I had made on a Midtown condo. I wasn’t really fully committed on a home purchase at that point but he was unbelievably professional and fully engaged from day one. I eventually reframed my search to a single family home in Smyrna. Shaka’s knowledge of the overall home search to buying process to the closing is vast.
