Bought one large pizza and my family loved it. So much we ordered another and went all the way back to the shop. Came home to realize our $23 pizza was blackened and hard as a rock. Received the worst service over the phone from the manager Wesley. He proceeded to argue with us over the phone. We wanted to get the pizza remade and we felt that since we had to go all the way back to the shop, we should be reimbursed for our trouble or offered and apology or any kind of hospitality. The food is delicious but overpriced. Kind of like everything else on Maui so it’s not that surprising that one pizza is almost $30. I’d give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the staff - we were in yesterday and they were rude and unfriendly for no reason. We’ve made it a tradition to visit when we’re on the island but we may have to find a new pizza joint.
Da Pizzas good but not $28 a pie good! I thought they made a mistake when they said my pizza would be $28, I said "you know this is pick-up, right?" $28 for a pick-up perroroni pizza! I don't think so! I tremble at the though of how much a delivered pizza would be. I give two stars because the pizza is good and price jumped 25% in a month! Have you never heard of a gradual rise in prices? Too much money, too fast! With regret, because their pizza it good when they make it right, I won't be returning the Shakas! :(

Really outstanding pizza! We arrived from the mainland yesterday; first trip to Maui. We ordered pizza delivered and the quality far surpassed our expectations. Even though I butchered the names of the streets to our condo, they managed to find us and arrived quickly. Yes, it's pricey, and for us worth every penny after a long day of traveling.
