I have seen Shaina three times and can't wait to return. Not only do I feel better the day of my appointment, I notice a huge difference in the days or even weeks afterward. Shaina's work helps my pain, and stress levels. I also notice a tremendous difference in the ease of my movement and breathing after an appointment with Shaina. Shaina is kind and patient; I could not recommend her more highly.
