Shaina is a gifted and skilled practitioner. She has made a huge difference with my health and injuries. She offers a huge range of support options, from deep massage, to structural alignment input, injury treatments, to cranio-sacral work (more subtle). I would recommend her to anyone who wants an experienced bodyworker who has that magic sensitivity/touch/intuition.
Shaina is a gifted body worker who has both the capacity for intuitively sensing the energy of the body and working with it (which is akin to dance) and a thorough knowledge of physiology, musculature, and the nervous system. I have seen Shaina three times and can't wait to return. Not only do I feel better the day of my appointment, I notice a huge difference in the days or even weeks afterward. Shaina's work helps my pain, and stress levels. I also notice a tremendous difference in the ease of my movement and breathing after an appointment with Shaina. Shaina is kind and patient; I could not recommend her more highly.
