Doctor and staff was very friendly and professional
first time patient and direction were difficult to find and late 5min then have to re-schedule after 2month of waiting.
Dr. Jain diagnosed a cancerous tumor which required surgery. I have always found her to be very diligent and professional and would highly recommend her.

Made me wait 3 months to be seen when vomiting and defecating blood....only. Extreme constipation, and could eat no solid food. Made me wait 3 months between visits with NO relief. Spent 2 years doing testing, only for her to say she can't help me.....but got irritated and suggested we try taking out my gallbladder because "sometimes that helps "...even though gallbladder function was fine. Impossible to get an appointment with doctor. She has lots of “minions” that do ALL preliminary work. I’ve been going about 5 years and still do not have a diagnosis.

DIDN'T MEET THE DR. SPENT 20 MINUTES TRYING TO FIND THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTIONS WERE VERY POOR FOR THE ADDRESS LISTED. THEY FAILED TO MENTION THEY WERE LOCATED IN THE MULTICARE EMERGENCY/URGENT CARE FACILITY, YOU WOULD THINK THIS WOULD BE KEY FOR FIRST TIME PAITENTS TO KNOW, THE ADDRESS FRONTS ON THE 272ND SIDE LOOKING INTO TREES ONLINE. URGENT CARE FACES WAX ROAD. GOOGLE IS USELESS, THE WEB LOCATION WAS NOT PROVIDED IN THE CONTACT & NO MENTION, I WAS 10 MINUTES LATE & FORCED TO RESCHEDULE

We are working on updating our practice materials so that this clinic location is accurate when using a map app or navigation system.
Very thorough, but almost impossible to get an appointment. I was told there was a three month wait to get a follow up appointment for some tests that were done. That is crazy to me. Also, I feel like I have to beg to get anyone to call me to give me results to tests (EGD, CT Scan). I've never had a doctor not review test results for three days after having them sent over. All I want is a phone call and for someone to answer my questions. Overall, a very frustrating experience so far.
