Simply the best The owner Shail and his daughter and son are very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Shail himself is just like the icing on the cake. His unquestionable specific knowledge about all his motorcycle brands are outstanding. I rely on him for all my BMW’s being it from the 1950ies or my other bikes being it a 1971 R 750/5 or my newest bike in my stable, an R 1100 r. Kudos to all of them. Very recommend.

They never answer the phone, which is a pretty fundamental screwup. How many sales do they lose with this strategy? Definitely lost one sale with us.
