I saw the doctor about 5 years ago and had no issues. I started having symptoms of something new. Made appt asked if would see her PA. Sure why not. Told her what I thought it was(I am not a doctor thou). Did test had numerous abnormals. Once the one test came in for what I thought it was and that test was normal. PA had receptionist call say it was negative and I could cancel my appt no need to come in. No one told me what the other abnormal tests meant or if it could be something else. Dr. Deveshwar is the BEST! She came very highly recommended. The fact she listens to what you have to say about your medical condition and follows through. I was very impressed with her approach on how she wants to start your treatment plan. She was very professional and respectful when she talks to you. Her approach to help me reduce some of my medication is what I needed to hear with the right plan. Thank you Dr. Deveshwar for your prompt and straightforward response to all my questions and concerns.
Was not seen - as prior doctor’s star level. Of course if not seen can’t do anything about it. I arrived in the office after 6-9 months of waiting 2 minutes late and the rheumatologist would not see me. I stayed up all nite to ensure I would be seen. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and would be there asap. I got to the parking lot at 9:10 am but it was on the opposite part of bld. So now after walking for 5 minutes I was 2 minutes late, so they won’t see me. Reschedule??? Not today.
Worst medical office experience of my life. I waited about 6 months for this appointment in extreme pain and was very disappointed with the service I received. This doctor made rude comments about my personal life and the visit was VERY unorganized. The doctor often cut me off as I was talking and made me feel as though she wasn’t getting all of my information correctly. I didn’t finish my appointment, I was so upset. If I could I would give a zero. She doesn't listen and when you ask through my chart to have revisions made she has her nurse call to tell you she doesn't want to see you this is after our first appointment because I am very much an advocate for myself and my medical care due to multiple medical conditions she also seems to believe whatever she thinks is pertinent versus actually reading medical chart I've seen numerous rheumatologist over the years and this is the worst one I've ever seen.
