I had an appointment that was scheduled on January 3, 2023. It was confirmed on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. I arrived at my appointment and was told that the doctor stated she did not need to see me because I was seen in October, however I only had lab work done in October of 2022. The doctor did allow me to be seen by her so that I could address the reason for my visit on 1/3/23 instead she sent her assistant out to the front desk to inform me that she did not need to see me. Dr. Malhotra is great, but it is unfortunate that the practice she works for is incapable of showing care for the patients. The staff is just there to show up for their day to day. Absurd wait times over the phone, never being able to actually be seen by an MD for any appointments you attempt to schedule, and lack of proper communication and care from the nurses is unfortunate. The office called a week before the scheduled appointment to notify me that Dr. Malhotra was not seeing new patients and they canceled my appointment. Why did they allow me to schedule this appointment? I had to wait two months for this appointment so it would have been nice to know sooner. Now I must start all over finding a new family doctor.

My mother was a patient of your practice so I decided to switch to your practice. When I made my first appointment, they gave me to some nurse practitioner. I called today to make an appoint with you and was told you weren't seeing new patients and once you are with the nurse practitioner you can't switch. I NEVR wanted to see that lady from the beginning! So unprofessional!!
This was my first appointment with her but she was very attentive and listened to everything I told her and seemed very determined to help me get better.
It was my first time seeing a physician in almost ten years, so I had some anxiety going into it. The initial nurse, Dr. Malhotra, and the nurse who took my blood were all very wonderful. Dr. Malhotra eased my nerves concerning my needle anxiety, and I felt listened to and respected. So glad I went here!
My first experience as a new patient was very pleasant. I was able to address my health issues with my doctor without being interrupted or rushed. I felt like she provided me with great treatment options. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
