Dear Dr. Shaikh, I am writing to inform you that after more than 15 years as your patient I am leaving your office. I am leaving as a result of the poor attitude and poor service provided by your nurse ????? this afternoon on the telephone. I called this morning and she didn't have the common courtesy to call me back until 5 pm. Do your self a big favor and get yourself a more friendly and competent nurse. If you check your ratings on the internet, your office rates a 2.9. Pretty bad don't you think ??? Charlie Barrett
