The massage I received with Shai was profoundly impactful in a positive way. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first Thai massage. I felt from Shai a combination of mindfulness, mastery, and intuition. Within minutes I felt powerfully relaxed and calm, and this experience stayed with me after receiving the session. This was my first experience with Thai massage, and meeting Shai. Shai had a very calming presence and put me at ease right away with his gentle nature. Why do we not get more body work? i walked into my session with Shai mentally tired and physically stuck,90 minutes later thru breath and body work i felt totally rejuvenated!! Shai has such a great touch moving body parts to get optimum results. I would say Thai massage with Shai can redirect body breath and mind! Take the time for some self care,we ALL can use it.
Having the opportunity to receive massage work from Shai revealed his powerful yet peaceful energy. Communication and overall mindfulness of the body’s chain of connectedness were clear.
