The Doctor NEVER contacted my son who is 19 years old to letting him know some blood test results came in red. meaning something is wrong in his health. I am trying to talk to his nurse or with the Doctor and no one answer the call and avoid to talk to me knowing I was in the other line waiting to speak with them. My evaluation with this doctor is the worst. I will change my opinion when the doctor calls me. Thanks.
