Unprofessional. I came on time, with complete paperwork. I waited an hour and asked how much longer. I was told there was still three people ahead of me! When I made the appointment I told them I needed a timely appointment. I only have Fridays off but the doctor is only in on Wednesdays so I had no choice but to change my own patient schedule around so that I could make this appointment.
