So glad our family has found Dr Z. To care for our elderly parents. He has great bedside manner and my parents adore him. As per other reviews, he has a 10 min rule. If you are late for more than 10 min the appointment is cancelled and it’s applied to everyone. That is how he manages to stay on time and give you his whole attention.so don’t be late

My mother went to Dr. Zandnia for a rash on her legs-his response was "I don't know, go home and if it isn't gone in two weeks come back. No referral to a dermatologist or another specialist. I investigated and found pictures of exactly what it looked like and yes she needs a dermatologist. She will not be going back to him.

We are very disappointed; had an appointment at 9:10 last Monday a.m. Arrived at 9:20 and they said our appointment had been cancelled because we were not there at 9:00. The waiting area was completely empty. We said we had always had to wait at least 45 min. for our appointments and this was the first time we had ever been late for any appointment, but was told this didn’t make any difference.
