A colonoscopy isn’t a procedure you like to discuss, but Dr. Sedghi and his staff were wonderful.
The main reason I'm giving a three star review (I honestly wish a 2.5 star was an option, but two stars felt a little harsh) is the total lack of communication. When you're at the office everyone is very nice, with the exception of one person I encountered while checking in for my endoscopy. The whole procedure was very smooth. Now everything afterwards not so much. I only receive call backs when I have an appointment coming up, and even then it can be like pulling teeth to get it. They barely answer their phones. Very professional service quicks and caring I recommend them to all in need of great service
I believe it's important to express my feelings regarding my experience. I missed an appointment with the office, and it felt like a significant issue for them. I have had ongoing problems, and after my last upper endoscopy, the medication made me feel unwell, which led me to stop going to the practice altogether.
