I have doctor shopped in the past. I got adequate care, but I always felt like I wasn't being listened to. Shay's gift is that he listens to and cares about his patients. As long as he will have me as a patient, I will never go shopping again.
Dr Shay has always provided top-notch care to my entire family, making time for our urgent care needs, listening to our health care priorities, and teaching us patiently whenever necessary. I have been with Shay since 2007. He is my family's doctor and my children love him - my six year old recently told me without any form of prompting - "I like our doctor, he is one of my favorite friends."
