Knowledge Rude and uncaring. Seems more interested in his own health issues. Does not listen to what the patient is actually saying: misquotes. No privacy when being questioned- other patients can hear everything. I think he is a chauvinist.
The doctor is very professional. I had extreme back pain pains. The injection was a God sin.
Caution: No room for human error. I have severe issues with memory and I was scatterbrained and and in the middle of finals and I missed an appointment that I desperately needed. Upon immediately realizing my error (1 hour after appointment time), I called to apologize and reschedule. They said they might just refuse to reschedule and would get back to me to let me know.
