very calm, Kind, personable yet professional & thorough
The staff always seem to be attentive and helpful. When I arrived, I told the front desk that I needed to pee, and I was given a cup immediately to give my sample. I then went back to the waiting room and waited a few minutes till I was called to a room where I was given a bladder test and looks like there was still liquid there although I felt like I peed more than the sample cup amount and thought I was finished but once leaving the office, I realized I needed to go again and ask for the key and went to the bathroom down t... read more
