The doctor was so nice, but the receptionist was really rude.
I went to Dr. Javaheri for consultation and was very pleased with the doctor and his staff as they answered all of my questions patiently and provided great information to help me decide what I want to do next. They took their time and by no means rushed me. They also saw me very timely with regard to my appointment time. I didn’t have to wait for 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen like some other places. Very professional. Great experience with Botox today! Expecting great results. I also appreciated the doctor’s quick POV on a secondary skin thing that was easy for him to take a quick look at. Helped me leave the office excited for good Botox results and appreciative for someone who has the privilege of owning a practice and didn’t mind offering me an extra moment to provide an expert POV on something that’s been troubling. I’ll be back!
Dr Javaheri is amazing as well as his beautiful staff! Very knowledgeable and explains in detail what your service will or won't do for your specific needs... he should definitely be a professor if not already! I highly recommend Dr Javaheri and will return for any esthetic laser services!
