I see Dr. Zeb and I am very I grateful to have him as part of medical team. I have a really complex, not straightforward, case/history and Dr. Zeb has been motivated to help me from the beginning. He truly listens to my symptoms and has worked all year getting me on the best combo of meds and I am finally feeling better. I have always thought he was very kind, educated, thorough, and caring. I went to my first appointment after my primary ran blood work that brought up autoimmune concerns. He ran his own blood work and didn't prescribe me anything in the meantime despite my hands being significantly swollen. I went back for my second appointment and they told me I didn't have one. Now they're billing me for the appointment I showed up for that they told me I didn't have. By far the worst medical experience in my 60 years on this earth.I don't know what he's on, but he needs therapy and better meds. He's a bitter man. 1-Had no idea or detailed info about why he gave me a script for an x-ray 2- Found out that I was dealing with a well known (nationwide) dermatologist and lost his mind 3- He REFUSED to work with him on my chronic illness. Excellent customer service, Doctor is very knowledgeable , caring, patient. All office stuff very professional. Communication is excellent.
