I love the Service. However. The last 4 Oil Changes only one lane is open. Why is that. I understand the one is for tire repair and the other appointments. Even when I make an appointment I’ve had to wait long. This last time, I pull in the only open lane at 1114am and didn’t end up leaving until 140pm!!! That is WILD for a standard oil change and I didn’t opt for any tire rotation. Just an oil change, nothing special, no air filter change nothing. What is going on? Everyone was so lovely!! It was a quick service and they were very friendly! Thank you Tony and everyone in the service center, including the nice young woman at the front desk in the office! You were great and treated me like family! 💜💐😊
