Read the fine print before signing a lease, unless you're ok with getting screwed. When your lease is up, they will do everything they can to keep your deposit, charge you for anything that they want to replace due their lack of maintenace. My employer was a tenant of these crooks for 10+ years and they screwed us over by claiming we damaged the building.
