mr What are you talking about, the VUE is not new and we didn't buy it from you! You don't have a clue as to who your customers are! We wished GM would have kept Saturn as a brand! Next time check before asking for a review!
Started with internet contact with Lori. She turned me over to Garrett in used vehicle sales. From my first contact with Lori through my NEW leased vehicle delivery walk thru with Garrett....I became a Shaheen Chevrolet fan. I used to buy a new vehicle every couple years so I am no stranger to the sales game. Garrett, by far, is thee best salesman and representative of his dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Don't waste your time – Long story short. Before I brought in my car for repair, I checked online to see what types of reviews this dealership had from customers. Overall had very good feedback. July 5th brought my car in for burnt headlight, turn signal, and replace head liner due to water leak from sunroof. Received and call on July 6th from Mike and was told it was ready to be picked up. I bought a used car from Shaheen Chevrolet in 2010 for my son. Dean Simmons helped me find a decent car in the price range I had in mind. The car has served him well for the last year. I thought Dean made the buying experience better than anticipated and I highly recommend him and Shaheen Chevrolet.
Repeat customer We're a Chevy family, and have bought 6 of 'em there (and we own them a long time before trading in, so have a long history). They have always taken good care of us -- good deals, help locating what we want/need, great when any recall or warranty work. Admit I don't get regular maintenance done there because of cost--they're not worse than other dealers, just I can't afford dealer prices for that.
