Shahda sold the place. New landlord required legal action to return our deposits and finally paid it over 3 months late. They were responsible for the grass, which is why it grew to 4 ft tall during the summer. Bottom unit has the water heater for whole house so have fun paying electricity for upstairs tenants hot water. Most of the windows are painted/nailed shut, don't open and the seals often leak during heavy rain. We had a horrible mold problem in the stairwell for weeks and ended up moving out a month early.
