Love Dr Shah and all of her office staff! I have been going to this clinic for years and now my son goes there too! They are very accommodating for appointments and Dr Shah always explains everything! Never rushed.. thank you Dr Shah and staff for always taking great care of me and my family!
I Love Dr. Shah, she is GREAT!, caring, informative, spends whatever time necessary to discuss your problems however complex, and is knowledgeable, and caring enough to help you get to the bottom of whatever mystery that other Dr’s before ber have been unable to pin down;. However, her office staff are another issue entirely. making contradictory statements from the Dr, and their very condecending atttitudes, I’ll be looking for another provider.
Dr. Shah saw my son and his horrible eczema. From the previous problem we had trying to get an allergist referral from his primary doctor's office,I had very little expectations. I was pleasantly surprised how thorough she is. She was compassionate and very knowledgeable. I also have to tell everyone that her nurse that day was an angel. This is the kind of clinic I would refer my mother and grandmother too.These ladies did an awesome job and I would like to thank them for their services.
Every time I see Dr. Shah (which was a lot last year), she took time to explain EVERYTHING to me - about how my asthma was affected by other illnesses, how allergy testing and shots work, why she was prescribing (or not prescribing) medication. I never felt like she was rushing through a visit with me. Several times that I called the office with questions, she would call me back personally to answer my questions. She is one of the best doctors I've ever seen.
Dr. Shah has helped me tremendously. She truly LISTENS to her patients.
overall 5 stars. Would highly recommend. Quality of care, attention from Dr. Shah and nurse and overall experience are excellent.
Dr. Shah took the time to completely evaluate my child and address issues contributing to his allergy issues as well as his chronic sickness. We have gotten down to the cause of his chronic sickness and now know how best to treat him without blindly using different antibiotics. She ran the necessary tests to determine what was going on but the most important thing as a parent, is that we are heard and she did that. I also love that they have a patient portal.
