This "Doctor" is a waste of time and money. In my case I went for the Bredesen Protocol blood testing. She gave me the wrong Medicare codes, the lady at the lab was shaking her head and showing me how it was all wrong and was going to cost me a fortune ($1200) because of her mistakes. Try to get the Doctor on the phone in case she can give me the correct codes? Oh...she only works on Wednesday (and no, I never got the right codes....so her $450 office visit was a total waste). I gave Dr. Shah a call to learn more about her practice and try to schedule an appointment. She was very rude and acted annoyed that I was unfamiliar with the process. She told me she would give me a call back and never did. I usually never post reviews, but I felt this one was necessary because doctors are supposed to make you feel welcome and comforted.
Horrible experience with this doctor. Condescending and blames patient for her and office staff's inability to communicate. Insists that inoperative patient portal must be used for all communication and then chastises you for its lack of functionality. Refuses to send you results of expensive labs that were not covered by insurance.
