Ive been twice and seen P.A.'s , hteyve done more for me than my last doctor for 5 years. No wait time either. Really like this office.
Didn’t feel she really listened to my issues or problems. She’d just prescribe me another pill. She’d barely have an idea of my chart and showed up late for my last appointment. Her front office girl has also always been rude and unprofessional.
When I was a patient of Dr. Shah, I was a complete wreck. However Dr. Shah still took me seriously and showed compassion towards me. I am now very stable and for the first time in years I have not had the extreme symptoms that I've had before and I am on the least amount of medication!! She just knew that right thing to do. Thank you Dr. Shah.
currently reporting her for negligence. denied my son's refill for abilify (an antipsychotic), did not return calls. prescription lapsed. suicidal ideation ensued. DO NOT GO TO HER.
Dr. Shah is compassionate, personable, and truly interested in her patients well-being. She is diligent and professional in diagnosing patient issues and very careful to prescribe any medication needed in proper amounts that will not overdose the patient. I have been a patient of hers for many years and she has helped me immeasurably with life traumas and a persistent sleep disorder. I highly recommend her.
Finding the right doctor is difficult.... That I know from experience. So I am lucky I was recommended to her. I have been seeing Dr. Shah for 3 + years now and have been given a great customer experience since my very first visit. She has helped me with getting the right medical treatment. The young lady at the front desk is also very helpful. They take into consideration their customers personal lives and don't make you wait more than 5 minutes!
Dr Shah is a great psychiatrist. She always knows whats best for me. I have been going to her for quite sometime and the only thing I do miss is her old receptionist Marsha who was very knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. Other than that I would recommend Dr Shah in a heart beat.

Dr. Shah has been an excellent psychiatrist - she is very kind, knowledgable and caring. I have seen her about 18 months, and she has handled, very well, complex medication issues I have. I have found her to be thorough and simply helpful.
