I have known Dr. Shah and staff for many years and over the years she has always treated me like royalty.. From the time I get there I'm in a chair in 15 mins she has always looked after my Family and taken great care of them as well..

Staff, hygienists, and doctor Shah are all kind, attentive, caring and professional. I’ve never had to wait, an extended time, to be seen for a scheduled appointment. Dr Shah and her hygienist do the work that is required to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy; without adding additional unnecessary procedures.Dr Shah has been my Dentist since I was a child; now at the age of 25 I’m not looking for anyone new! The staff was pleasant from the first phone call to the scheduling of my next appointment. Very comfortable environment. Explained everything and open to any questions I had. This was an initial visit, it was a great first impression
I have been going to this Dentist Office for for over 30 yrs, first at their original office on Gratiot and their current office on Grosebeck-DR Ochs DR Baker are a wonderful team working together to meet your needs.I can't say enough of all the hard work they put in keeping our mouths healthy and teeth in good shape. So kind friendly and have become a part of our lives like good friends who grow together thru time.I highly recommend them.

So I hate going to the dentist because I gage so much and often hate the digging under my teeth. I've been seen Dr. Baker for almost 20 years but the 1st ever during my process Michelle did a great job with some of the new equipment that they now have! Awesome staff I would definitely recommend baker &ochs!
Dr. Ochs and Dr. Baker are very professional and friendly. My experiences have always been positive. Nobody says they are happy to go to the dentist, but I have to admit, I always have a good time!
We have gone to Dr. Shah for years with our sons. Now that one of our sons has moved back to Lansing, his family of six goes to her. Everyone is always friendly and professional. We trust her.
