Call center,fatal parece que están de mal humor y la atención parece más que te están regañando. Y la espera en consulta es eterna y el personal de la oficina también parece que están siempre de mal humor,al igual que el de Mission donde fuimos a elegir los lentes de mi hija.
While the doctor is ok, the insurance department is a major letdown. They seem to shift the burden to the client, expecting them to handle everything. A simple phone call could resolve issues quickly, but the staff seems “too” overwhelmed. To avoid frustration, you might want to consider a different doctor's office with better insurance handling.
HORRIBLE service 2 hour wait for an eye exam & that’s cuz I had an appointment. The lobby was so full & the kids were so RESTLESS. Your response is untrue , I got there at 1:38 pm & I was taken back at 3 pm then waited another 40 minutes by the time I decided to leave. My appointment was at 2:10
2025!!! Open and vibrant love how bright it is. Has 2 waiting room thank you and was a fast exercise. Also highly recommend the Doctor's
