I find your appointment scheduling to be extremely poorly organized. You are given an appointment time, but you aren't seen until three hours later. All the children get completely fed up. STOP SCHEDULING MULTIPLE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME.

Nathan was awesome at explaining thoroughly about the cataract surgery for my husband. I highly recommend this place, they definitely have an experienced staff and doctors!

They make appointments then take forever to call you. Took them more than 3 hours to get out thats cause you come ahead of your appointment. Why give appointments if they are not going to call you on time. They have everybody waiting and there is no place to sit down.

This needs to be said. The behavior at this office today was completely unacceptable. Patients were scheduled as early as 9 AM, and by 2 PM the doctor still hadn’t arrived, yet people were being charged upfront before even being seen. That alone is a serious issue. What makes it worse is the lack of communication and professionalism from the front staff. Let me just start by saying if you have kids you might reconsider being seen by Brianna Sooy. She saw my son today and she had zero patience for any of the questions I had in regard to my son’s vision. Every question I would ask she would answer rudely and annoyed. She was basically bashing me because my 5 years old son was using his glasses wrong (FIVE YEARS OLD). I’ve never had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at a doctor’s office like I did today.
