Very slow and rude front desk staff, I clearly made an appointment for replacement glasses, they could've done more research to see if my daughter was eligible for replacement glasses, instead of making me have to be there , waste more than an hour for a consultation they were late for ,just so she can pull up a screen on her computer in 2 seconds that said our insurance won't cover replacement glasses, very disappointed i thought they were the best 😞
I love it here and I'll see y'all next year.
