Don’t bother going there. My appt was at 2pm and the place was packed with no seating 3 hours there for just a simple eye exam and still waiting to see the doctor. So I left as it was already closed and there still a lot of people before me that had to be seen. P.S. after leaving there I got a PINK EYE! Do they even disinfect the equipment?!!
Their scheduling is absurd! They triple book at the same time. So they see you 2 hours after your scheduled appointment because they have so many overbooked times! Not to mention their staff is incredibly rude! Oh and you can’t be late or they’ll charge you!! But they can see you 2 hours past your appointment time?! Make that make sense. Do yourselves a favor and find another place to get checked. Not worth the hassle.
Outstanding service at Shah Eye Center. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish.
