I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dipti Shah and her office. The doctor was rude and made me feel belittled during my visit. The staff was equally unprofessional—condescending and dismissive, with a consistently demeaning attitude. The office itself was not clean, which added to my discomfort. On top of that, my appointments were canceled without proper notice or explanation.
