we're absolutely thrilled with our new ac unit and heat pump, along with the team that executed the installation. thomas was our go-to person and coordinated the entire setup and crew. he meticulously walked us through our choices and offered suggestions that were optimal for our needs in colorado springs.
Our experience with Powers LLC was excellent! Julian, the manager, was fantastic and had us back up and running in no time. He installed our new smart thermostat swiftly and arrived on the same day we called. The service reception at Powers LLC was so friendly, too. In our second encounter, Malachi, one of their technicians, came out and replaced a wire to get our AC back on at 8:30 pm! Their after-hours service in Colorado Springs is top-notch!
