They did a great job on my cat, he has very long hair, and was matted between his shoulders, they took their time, and he looked great when I picked him up

CALLED ahead about a bath and nail trim. ..was told to come on in. Got there and was completely snubbed and told we don't usually take walk-ins after 10am. The lady acted as if it was a really problem with him being there....needless to say...WE LEFT!! I'll take my money and baby elsewhere. Pitiful customer service!!!!
