I want to take the time out to thank the awesome staff here who takes such great care of my baby boy, Pierre! They make me feel welcomed when I take him here and seem to really enjoy what they do and love our precious pets! Eventhough Pierre has a screaching cry he loves to do when I leave him the staff continue to talk to him to help with his anxiety!
They did a great job with both of my babies. They were very considerate about my concerns and took care of my boxer and boston terrier who is a very senior dog with anxiety. Both came home and have been so relaxed. Thank you!
I called early this morning to see if there were any available appointments for today, and I was told to bring my dog in between 9 and 9:30. We arrived at 9am. At 12:30, I called to check to see if he was finished, and I was told that it would be a little longer. After not hearing anything a few hours later, I stopped by. At 3:30pm, I walked in and found my dog was still in the same kennel he was put in at 9am, and they hadn't even started grooming him. These ladies are SUPER awesome my not liking NO ONE baby took to them great, they worked with me to fit her in at my convenience and far pass my expectations thank you ladies
