I have been here for almost 2 years and it has been a joke since day 1. On my move in check list I reported an issue with an electrical outlet and was told that someone would come to fix it, no one has come yet, almost 2 years later. My bedroom ceiling has water damage and 2 holes drilled into it by maintenance to drain the water 7 months ago. The space was decent for a one bedroom. Enjoying the balcony and the laundry room is cheap and always clean. The people around seem to respectfully stick to themselves
I'm a single blk male moved here from Illinois 6 years ago. besides the affordable living, I've had a bad experience with the tenants since I've been here. The neighbors are passive aggressive with their harassing possibly racial. The management doesn't care. Living here has taken a toll on my mental health. While i plan on moving out in the next two months; I wouldn't recommend anyone from another state especially with the same skin tone as myself to move here as their first choice.
Worst apartments to live in, ladies in office talk to you rude and are bias about situations . They need new staff in office communication is very awful and do not know how to talk to people .
