A good place to live with
My experience as a tenant here has been great. Ballinger Court is a great place to live. Management is helpful and special thank you’s to our new maintenance engineer Orlando. He does everything from fixing my bathroom sink clog to power washing our entire courtyard area - and he always has a friendly smile. He is just what we needed! Our Assistant Manager Karen deserves many thank yous for her friendly smile, and patience at all times to resident requests for assistance and information. She goes out of her way to provide a ... read more

Orlando responded to my rooftop pecking bird problem. He installed mesh to prevent further nesting. Great job!! //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Karen is always friendly and helpful and gets on a problem ASAP. My refrigerator seal was replaced the next day. She is the BEST!!!
