My experience as a tenant here has been great. Ballinger Court is a great place to live. Management is helpful and special thank you’s to our new maintenance engineer Orlando. He does everything from fixing my bathroom sink clog to power washing our entire courtyard area - and he always has a friendly smile. He is just what we needed!
Would like to give a shout-out to our maintenance man Orlando, he is the best worker and gets things done! Helps everyone promptly and is nicest person you would every want to meet. We love you Orlando!!!
