Our maintenance man, Orlando, does an excellent job and is recognized as the BEST by our entire community! THANK YOU!!! We are so lucky to have Karen as our Asst Manager. She is so helpful and does everything she can to make life easier. She has a great personality and has gotten so much done here making it a nice place to live. You GO girl!!
Just one word sums it up…AMAZING! From Karen in the front office to the beautiful garden area outside it’s been a wonderful place to live. A special shout out to Orlando, maintenance and overall fix-it guy. He has a heart of gold and the brains to fix any issue imaginable. Superior customer service! Ya gotta luv him!!!
My experience as a tenant here has been great. Ballinger Court is a great place to live. Management is helpful and special thank you’s to our new maintenance engineer Orlando. He does everything from fixing my bathroom sink clog to power washing our entire courtyard area - and he always has a friendly smile. He is just what we needed!
