Orlando responded to my rooftop pecking bird problem. He installed mesh to prevent further nesting. My refrigerator seal was replaced the next day. She is the BEST!!!
I would like to give a shout out to Karen Rice, the Assistant Manager of Ballinger Court. It appears she sincerely cares about the property and specifically, the residents. Our maintenance man, Orlando, does an excellent job and is recognized as the BEST by our entire community! THANK YOU!!! We are so lucky to have Karen as our Asst Manager.
