Check-in protocols need to be implemented that allow the patients personal information to remain confidential rather than broadcasting to the entire waiting room. Was so embarrassed by the staff's rudeness to someone that I had to post this. Dr. Shafiq is a good doctor but needs to improve the office protocols.
Been here 4 times have not seen the Dr. Just the P.A. Had an appointment today for 11:30 am they said come in early around 10:30 got here early like requested it's now 12:22 and still waiting to called back. So far not a good experience with Dr. Shafiq
Dr Shafiq has been our family cardiologist for many years Those of y’all expressing fault about scheduling might know about how careful he is about making sure he has all of the information he needs to diagnose and treat patients. I live out of state now and a test showed a very concerning condition. I was told to get. Cardiologist appointment. The dr here cannot see me until. January 2024. I am flying in to see Dr Shafiq in 5 weeks. !!
DR SHAFIQ HAS TO BE THE BEST HEART DOCTOR IN THIS REGION OF TEXAS… HE WAS MY MOTHERS HEART DOCTOR BACK IN THE 1990’S AND IM NOW 73 AND HE HAS BEEN MY HEART DOCTOR FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW… I WOULD NOT WANT TO GO TO ANY OTHER HEART DOCTOR BECAUSE HE AND THE GOOD LORD HAS KEPT ME ALIVE THRU OUT THE YEARS…I WOULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS IF OFFERED… AND HIS STAFF OF NURSES AND TECHNICIANS IS AS AWESOME AS HE IS, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AWESOME HEART DOCTOR LOOK NO FARTHER…TGBTG…!!!
