He definitely saved my husband's life and went above and beyond.
Person that answered phone was horribly rude. They ask what insurance you have before they ask you your name. Will never use this office again.
Check-in protocols need to be implemented that allow the patients personal information to remain confidential rather than broadcasting to the entire waiting room. Was so embarrassed by the staff's rudeness to someone that I had to post this. Dr. Shafiq is a good doctor but needs to improve the office protocols.
