Office staff are almost totally inept & seemingly incapable of making simple but necessary things happen (such as making sure documentations are faxed prior to a surgery even after 2 face-to-face visits & 2 phone calls of assurance that it will be done). The first lady you see/talk to (as of Sept 2026) is the very definition of horrible & uninterested customer service.
Been going for years always get great care.
He definitely saved my husband's life and went above and beyond.
