I got to the office for my first visit. I was 20 min early. I filled out all my paperwork and finished 5 min before my appt. I then waited. There were a couple people in the office and they were called back Others came in and were called right back. I sat there and waited one hour past my appointment time. By then I had enough. I told the staff I was leaving. That it was very rude to keep a patient waiting that long. I was told others were called back that had appts after me. I figured I was passed over.
