Not completely their fault but competency still questioned.. – We recently sold our home. Due to the economic environment we paid a major amount of money out of our retirement savings to do so. Now, two months later, we find out that we owe $125 due to a mistake made by all involved (they were only a part of the equation). We have three children and are on a budget. It is unfortunate the massive amount of money paid out to those trusted to do a competent job is basically wasted. Use another company.
