I have always been one to look for a country vet. Shaffer is just that, sharp as a tact, funny, smart & witty. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Will not go any place else as long as he’s around. I would hate to see him ever retire. Doctor Shaffer we need more good vets like him.
