Must be something terrribly wrong in the service dept. My vehicle and I were held hostage unitl I paid the bill of a third party towing company. The bill for Ford was only $42, a reasonable amonunt. What business was it of theirs if I hadn't paid the towing company yet. Winter's Towing on Spruce Spring Road charged me $160 dollars to tow my car 21 miles to Shaffer Ford.
